GENERAL
Everyone know that our get-together programme on sat 5th Jul 2014 at Arbor field community hall near by Reading.
AIM
The aim of the get-gather programme are, to meet and greet, to continue establish strong relationship, to share thought and ideas among us.
PLACE
Arbor Field community centre
Princess Marina Drive

TIMING
Programme start: 1030 hrs.
Programme end : 2000 hrs.
Hall handover : 2030 hrs.
Note: Those who are residing around Berkshire and Hampshire please do turn up at 0900 hrs for set up.
PARKING
we have approximately 15 parking spaces around the hall itself. If not enough there are also church's parking spaces we may use.
NOTE
1,Those who are travelling by public transport nearest train station is Wokingham, there is no bus service to Arbor Field community hall.
2,If you travelling via Reading train station there is bus service to Arbor Field community hall takes about 35 minutes ( Bus no 144)
REFRESHMENTS
FOOD
On the programme all food items will be provide by Beijing noodle house Reading or someone else it will confirm within this week.
We collecting from Daju Bhai £ 12.00
Cheli, Juwai, Bhanja, Bhanji £10.00 on arrival.
DRINKS
Available on the programme.
Beer: Stella
Whiskey: Famous Grous
Wine: REd / White
Soft: Coke/ sprite/ Orange/ Water
It will provide all above items at reasonable price.
RESPONSIBILITY
We are all responsible to make this event success, also we have own responsibility and respective duty among us. I am requesting and reminding your duty again as we pass on meeting.
1. Chairman: Overall supervision.
2. Vice chairman: To provide necessary drinks and look after guests.
3. Secretary: Run the programme smoothly.
4. Treasurer: collection, payment various subject, update all financial matters, co-ordinate entertainment with Om.
5. Vice secretary: To provide food, collection money payment, family data collection for future reference.
6. Vice treasurer: Take over/ handover the hall, safety of first aid, check all food items before serve.
7. Om Prakash: To provide maximum entertainment with Tambola.
8. Inghang: To provide maximum photo wherever we need also tag to our Facebook after completing bhela.
9. Arun: To collect the names who might respect on the day and direct the people to place.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All health and safety issues will be assessed on arrival to site. Any concerns will be raised at this time and instruction, guidance given to all.
FINALLY
I extremely request to all please do involve our bhetghat programme, without you and yours support this programme won't be success. This is important event for our family, A day Once a year. Jabegu pariwarharu lai bhagwanle sandhai raksha garun.
